TRES PALMAS

Villa Tres Palmas is a villa walking distance to the beach (Playa Bonita), located in a quiet and calm area. With 3 bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. It has a breathtaking patio view! The 3 bedrooms have private baths. All bedrooms have A/C, a ceiling fan, and a TV.

Villa Tres Palmas has three bedrooms for guest use.  
The primary on the second floor has a king-size bed and a sofa bed, and a full bathroom.  
The second room, located on the ground floor, has two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.  
The third room, located on the ground floor, has two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.  
Portillo Suite has three individual twin beds and a private bathroom.  
Ballenas Suite has two individual twin beds and a private bathroom.

The pool deck also has an outdoor shower and a toilet. The large gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, including an island as a breakfast eating area and a living room with sofas. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.  

Large TVs (Smart TVs connected to WI-FI) are on the premises.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Our staff (keepers) live inside the property but have their quarters in a manner that provides full privacy for our guests.

There are additional fees for any additional guests beyond ten, but if you input the correct number of total guests, including children, the system will automatically do the calculations.  

Cleaning touch-up during your stay, if requested, including Sundays.  

Breakfast preparation and massage services are available at an additional cost, upon client request.  

Music is allowed,6 but the volume cannot disturb the neighbors. The person responsible for the reservation (group leader) must complete our Music / Noise Policy Agreement before entering the property. Although we want our guests to enjoy their choice of music, we will strictly enforce our music policy. Excess noise (screaming) and playing loud music in the villa's open areas are strictly prohibited.

Note: The price for Eastern, Christmas, and New Year's Eve can increase to 800/night
